These terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Sri Lanka.
These terms apply to every visit to phonomania.lk and to every order placed through it. We may update them from time to time as our services change; the version published here is the one in effect.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it once your payment has been received and verified, or once a cash-on-delivery order has been accepted for dispatch. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example where a listing error, a stock shortfall or a suspected fraudulent payment is found — and will refund any amount already paid.
Pricing and product information
We aim to keep prices, descriptions and images accurate, but occasional errors can happen. Where a genuine pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site — text, graphics, logos and product images — is owned by Phonomania or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or a product bought through it, beyond what is required by Sri Lankan consumer law. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
